CodeNut Site Checker proofreads websites. Give it an address and it reads the page and up to 9 more pages linked from it on the same site, then lists spelling errors, typos, grammar mistakes and wrong words, each with a suggested fix.
How it works
We download each page, keep the text a visitor would read, and check it two ways: against an English dictionary, and with an AI copy editor that understands context and ignores names and jargon. We only show a mistake if its exact text appears on your page.
Results can be shared by link and are deleted after 30 days.
For site owners
Our crawler identifies itself as CodeNutSiteChecker/1.0 (+https://sitechecker.codenut.com/about). It visits only when someone asks to check a site, fetches at most 10 pages per check, one at a time, and follows robots.txt. To keep it out, add:
